BILE FLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
Comprising six modules of between 5 - 13 lessons each, this guided group programmeis more than just a ‘liver flushing course’. It offers everything you need to start your detox journey and maintain a successful and sustainable lifestyle. It covers everything you need to know to prepare for liver and colon detoxification: diet, supplements, binders, colon and kidney care, mucoid plaque cleansing, ‘kill’ protocols for Candida and SIBO, and a full understanding of bile flow and its relationship to gut healing. It also offers a whole module on nervous system regulation, as this is so crucial to healing. As a rolling monthly membership with no contract, it offers flexibility and considerable value, including 2 live Zoom Q&A calls with me per month and a space to ask questions.

THE THREE-MONTH PACKAGE
One-hour live zoom consultation + three-month support via telegram
This coaching package comes with an initial consultation to take a case history, a full set of resources and 2 additional check-in Zoom calls during the 3 months, as well as unlimited text support during this time. You will also get access to my Guided Group Coaching Programme above for 3 months.
Please note this option can include liver flushing or not, depending on your specific needs and inclination. Please fill out the screening form below and I will get back to you.

SUPPORT FOR LIVER AND gUT HEALTH
HEALTH CONSULTATION
For those who want some clarity about diet, lifestyle and would like support and advice about how to introduce gentle detox and bile flow strategies into their health routine, this is the meeting for you. Ideal for beginners who have made some changes to their health but are not sure what their next steps should be. Please note this meeting does not cover liver flushing.

CONSULTATION FOR EXISTING FLUSHERS
If you’re already using liver flushing on your detoxification journey and need some extra guidance, insight or tools to accelerate your results, this is the meeting for you.
