Guided group LIVER flush programme
A 6-week guided programme covering everything you need to know to prepare for liver and colon detoxification: diet, supplements, binders, colon and kidney care, mucoid plaque cleansing and a full understanding of bile flow and its relationship to gut healing. We also cover ‘kill’ methods for SIBO, Candida and gut dysbiosis, as well as a full week on nervous system regulation. Each week covers a different theme and offers 3 live Zoom Q&A calls with me. Culminates in a guided group flush.
