Guided group LIVER flush programme
A 5-week guided programme covering everything you need to know to prepare for liver and colon detoxification: diet, supplements, binders, colon and kidney care, mucoid plaque cleansing and a full understanding of bile flow and its relationship to gut healing. Each week covers a different theme and offers 3 live Zoom Q&A calls with me. Culminates in a guided group flush.

A 3-month programme in a Telegram channel and group chat covering more advanced detox methods and flush protocols. For those who have done at least a couple of basic flushes already. Includes 2 X Zoom live Q&A calls per month.

The one-month package
A detailed, face-to-face, one-hour consultation which will go through your personal and medical case history and discuss your individual needs, including dietary suggestions where appropriate. You will receive tailored advice and a comprehensive plan for your detoxification, including educational resources. I will be available to give follow-up text support via Telegram for two weeks following the call.
